Psalm 34:8
Psalm 34:8 says, “Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.” Tasting is a very experiential thing. In the same way that tasting Chic-fil-a isn’t the same as someone describing it, this psalm says one of the best ways to know the Lord’s goodness is by personally experiencing it. So what do you think experiencing his goodness looks like? How does that balance with not basing our faith only on feelings?
