General Questions About Axis
Unfortunately, not at this time. We are currently reworking our live speaking event options to better serve your needs in the future.
We build lifelong faith by helping parents and caring adults talk with their kids about what they otherwise wouldn’t, one conversation at a time.
On March 1st, 2023, we changed our model from membership based to donation based. After many months of prayer and seeking wise counsel, we decided to offer open access to our resources in order to impact more families and teenagers worldwide.
Axis is a non-denominational ministry with a staff from a wide variety of Christian backgrounds. Our focus is on impacting students via culture translation through a spiritual lens. As a result, we do not hold to specific doctrinal or theological positions outside of a basic statement of faith as professed through the Apostle’s Creed.
Axis affirms the Apostle’s creed. Members of our staff represent a variety of Christian denominations. Although we don’t agree on everything, we are united around the abundant life offered to everyone through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. Our end desire is to cultivate a lifelong faith in caring adults and teens alike! We pray that we will all be deeper thinkers and more faithful followers of Jesus by humbly and curiously engaging with ideas that we may not at first agree with.
We want students to examine what is at the very core of their being and ask, “What Axis do I revolve around?” “What is at the center of my life?”
Connecting Parents, Teens, & Jesus in a Disconnected World
Our vision is to see all caring adults equipped with the conversation, discipleship, and culture translation skills needed to reach the next generation for Christ.
Axis was founded in 2007 as a traveling speaking group for students!
During our migration to our new, open-access website, some of our older resources like Summit content and previous versions of our Parent’s Guides and Conversation Kits were moved to the Axis archives. These resources are no longer accessible to our community due to dated content.
We are building new resources every month at Axis! If there are topics that you don’t see in our current resource offerings, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
