Read Deuteronomy 6:4-9. Here we read the Shema Yisrael and some of the verses follow- ing it. Spend some time processing how these words fit into the Christian narrative of the world. Do they fit into how Christians see the world? Do you think Christians should say the Shema Yisrael? Why or why not?
