Diving Deeper
1 Samuel 17
We’ve talked about it a lot, but read 1 Samuel 17—the story of David and Goliath. It’s apparent that it’s not just David who cannot stand Goliath’s blaspheming, but he’s the only one who does something about it. Maybe we’re not called to kill blasphemers in modern times, but we are called to be active and engaged in the world around us. Spend some time praying and asking the Lord for wisdom in how to best engage in the spaces where you live and work and play.
