- Media often plays a major part in the development of our perspectives and
worldview. This can include prejudiced and racist ideas. - Yet, media is often one of the greatest tools to help uncover and reveal the broken things we believe.
- There’s a constant tension, a push and pull, between media that disrupts what we believe and reinforces what we believe. Keep an open mind and heart!

Leviticus 19:33-34 and Luke 10:25-37
Read Leviticus 19:33-34 and then read Luke 10:25-37. Luke records the example of the “Good Samaritan.” Many look at Jesus’s response to the lawyer as Jesus expanding the definition of neighbor to include all people. After reading both examples of “The Golden Rule” do you think Jesus was expanding on Leviticus or just reinforcing what was already there? Spend some time discussing this with someone!
