Some skeptics suggest that the resurrection of Jesus was just a “hallucination” by grief-stricken disciples in the first century. But Paul here talks about Jesus appearing to “more than 500 of the brothers and sisters at the same time.” And of course, when 500 people are “hallucinating” the same thing, that means they’re seeing something real.
