Axis is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support our Finance Department and key members of our leadership team. This behind-the-scenes role is critical to helping Axis remain a leading voice to Christian parents navigating faith, culture, and teen discipleship. This person will manage core financial administration in partnership with Axis’ financial consultant, assist the COO and CMO with scheduling and operational needs, and ensure the physical and relational spaces of Axis reflect the warmth and excellence of our mission. From managing the books to hosting staff meals and offsites, this role will be be at the heart of what keeps our team thriving.

The Church Partnerships Coordinator will be the key point of contact for relationships with denominations, parachurch organizations, and churches to engage them proactively and set them up for success in equipping parents through Axis resources. This role will involve initiating and cultivating relationships (including influencing and motivating people skillfully), as well as leading in the details of project managing successful implementation with churches. The Church Partnerships Coordinator will travel 6-9x times throughout the year to network at denominational conferences, and will host an annual event in Colorado Springs for denominational contacts.
