Know Their World

The average teen spends 11-hours a day on screens, they are immersed in binge-driven culture, and everything is just a click away on their smartphone. As parents, we want to understand the cultural icons shaping our children’s worldview, but how do we do that when they inhabit a world so foreign to us? Our team will equip you to understand their world by uncovering the 3 major influences on their mind, heart, and soul.

Develop Their Heart

Spiritually forming our teens isn’t simply about what they know, it’s more importantly about what they love. And, if our kids love the wrong things, how do we shape their hearts toward the things of God? You’ll leave knowing how to develop their heart by changing their habits, inviting them into God’s larger story, and creating intentional communities designed to foster discipleship.

Bring Your Family Together

Although technology allows us to stay connected like never before, it’s also creating environments in our homes where we live “Alone Together”. Learn how to slow down, disconnect, and come together as a family by starting practical conversations about pop culture, technology, social media, and entertainment that not only bring your family together, but more importantly lead to lifelong faith in the next generation.

Who is GenZ?

GenZ is the first generation to completely grow up in the digital world. They range in age from seven to 21 and represent 27% of the U.S. population. They are known as the “screen addict” generation and they are passionate about social issues.

What to Expect

This live, two-hour parenting GenZ training (lead by our Culture Translator Team) takes a deep dive into teen culture to help you better understand the world your kids are growing up in, and how to disciple them into lifelong faith.
